We are seeking a Strategic Alliance Director who will be responsible for the management, execution, and expansion of Volteo Digital’s partnership with ServiceNow. This is a brand-new leadership position that requires a dynamic leader who thrives at creating and scaling new go-to-market strategies. In addition, this person will be passionate about the ServiceNow ecosystem and the drive to ensure that Volteo Digital is the preeminent ServiceNow partner.


The primary reasonability is the development of strategies and relationship expansion to grow alignment and visibility for Volteo Digital with ServiceNow. In addition, this role is developing and implementing a framework to ensure alignment with ServiceNow’s go-to-market strategy that will drive visibility for Volteo Digital. This should result in more sales opportunities and revenue for Volteo Digital. This role will report to the COO and have the opportunity for advancement and additional responsibilities as they will interface with Volteo Digital and ServiceNow executives.


Responsibilities


  • Manages and expands key stakeholder contact network with ServiceNow and works closely with internal teams to identify and develop networks.
  • Attend marketing, sales, and ServiceNow events such as Knowledge, SKO, SNUGs, customer events, and QBRs.
  • Works collaboratively with Delivery, Marketing, and Sales to develop customized solutions and campaigns.
  • Coordinates executive sponsorship and relationship alignment between Volteo Digital and ServiceNow.
  • Responsible for developing a detailed business plan for ServiceNow partner relationship(s).
  • Builds joint governance model to ensure effective management and execution.
  • Identifies gaps in partner strategies and develops mitigation plans to fill gaps to meet marketplace requirements.
  • Services as the focal point for escalation for issue resolution.


Skills and Qualifications:


  • 5-10 years of Executive Sales, Consulting, or Marketing experience.
  • Strategic thinker who can blend consulting and business strategy to develop effective plans for new partner initiatives.
  • History of successfully developing and leading strategic partnerships
  • Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow ecosystem, go-to-market strategy, and relationships throughout the organization.
  • Ability to act as the Volteo Digital subject matter expert in C-level meetings.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, presentation, problem-solving, and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of various industries, cloud platforms, SaaS, and digital transformation trends
  • Commercially astute, experience in developing business cases and ROI analysis with customers’ personnel.
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of potential customer organizations, including C’ level and internally across the business.
  • 30-50% travel is required for this position
