Fernando started his adventure in Volteo as a founding partner back in mid 2014, initially being responsible for establishing Volteo’s first Delivery Center in Mexico to serve the company customers in the United States. After 2.5 years in the role, Fernando became accountable for defining and leading the global strategy and execution of what today is Volteo Digital, a proficient, dedicated ServiceNow Elite practice.


In his current role, Fernando is recognized in the ecosystem as an entrepreneurial, highly passionate, self driven digital transformation leader. His main responsibilities include driving revenue growth, profitability, and scale through a global vision, strategic planning, and thoughtful execution.


Before joining Volteo, Fernando led Flex’s global service management program, where he championed and was made responsible for the ServiceNow platform across the company on top of responsibility for global ITIL processes, Corp. infrastructure Monitoring, and Global Helpdesk.


Fernando has a strong community focus with experience in associations and active participation with local chambers, universities, key clusters, and advisory boards. He is president of the engagement board at Tec Mario Molina, Jalisco’s second largest university.

  • Started a Delivery center in 2014 in Guadalajara to support scale and drive cost efficiencies.


  • Took the lead in 2017 over the ServiceNow practice, leading exponential growth while being  bootstrapped and always showcasing high delivery standards.
  • Volteo Digital was recognized as an INC5000 company in 2022, a year when Fernando established a vision to re-take growth at new heights, re-engineering the leadership team and making significant investments towards capacity, scalability, and domain expertise.
  • During his time at Flex [formerly Flextronics], he became one of the largest Enterprise ServiceNow customers. Participated at multiple customer and employee events, was keynote speaker, part of ServiceNow’s product advisory council, etc.
